LUNA Blessings x Buba Mara: FLINTA+ Soirée & Meet Cute

LUNA Blessings & Buba Mara return for another Thursday night meet-cute and music soirée. This time for a Midsummer inspired gathering. Where light meets dark, magical meets eerie, and reality and dreams merge.

Live Music, Performances, DJs, Activities and Installations for our FLINTA+ community 💓 Expect ethereal sounds, soft furnishings, meet-cute activities and some Thursday-friendly ass shaking. Let the night take you on your own fairy fantasy.

Starring in our dreams are Aotearoa angels Kédu Carlö, A duo of illustrious talent and endless grooves. Their sound and artistry reflects the dichotomy of our midsummer soiree. Flowing freely from dark, club-ready beats to wistful, soothing and emotional melodies to entrance your body and soul on the dancefloor.

Making their debut for us, Eth3r3al cast wistful spells of liquid breaks and jazz infused melody. A manifestation of songstress Nabii/Second Skin and high priestess Ophelia/DJ Luv You, your ears and hips will be tingling with misty atmospheric bliss and delicate daydream yearning 🔮

And casting her magick from the mezzanine at the midnight hour, we welcome the icon of slow-mo techno to soulful RNB and anything in between - Darcy Justice. Ready to make you drop to the floor and grind the night away…

Join us at 5:45 for a 6pm FLINTA+ speed dating with a midsummer twist on the misc rooftop. Hosted by Lucinda from Side Line Speed Dating, get ready to let your romantic or platonic meet-cute begin!

Downstairs in the club we’re beginning the night with a special line dancing workshop from the boot scooting alumni Country Struts, ready to make you hoedown ;) Whether you're a novice or an old hand at line dancing, this workshop is going to be light and fun filled. Keep your eyes peeled as the clock strikes midnight for a special surprise… This is not one to miss!

Lifting our rooftop into orbit we’re thrilled to have dance performances from Sass and Azita, poetry readings from Panda, Ava and Loretta, a feast cooked up by Foxxy and if that wasn’t enough we have Deepa on music.

Miscellenia is not wheelchair accessible. It can only be accessed via 4 flights of stairs. The rooftop bar is located a further 2 flights of stairs above the main venue room.
