Tickets are personal and nominative.
The location is always revealed on the day of the event.

• To access the event, it is mandatory to present an original photo ID and the ticket open in the app or email. Printouts or tickets in the name of third parties will not be accepted.
• Ticket ownership transfer will only be available up to ONE WEEK BEFORE the event. The production company is not responsible for ticket purchases or transfers via third parties.
• Cancellation policy: up to 7 days from the date of purchase, with up to 48 hours' notice before the event takes place. After this period, it is not possible to cancel or "change" the ticket date to a future edition.
• By attending the event, you agree to the right of use of your image in any photos or videos taken by the event staff, for use and promotion of the brand.
  By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the event's terms and policies.
• Rated 18+. Minors are not allowed to attend the event, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian or with their permission.
