Techno Yoga at Club Atheleten!

Join us for a Techno Yoga event on the 3rd of February 20:30 at the Neukölln location: Stuttgarter Str. 50, 12059 Berlin. Techno Yoga is a conceptual based practice rooted in yoga, karma yoga, breathwork, expression & art & sound therapy. By using the energy of the music, we move mindfully into the practice of yoga together to create a space for movement, expression & sound.

For this event we are opening our heart chakra, using movements & breathing techniques to flow creatively together with the music. Any yoga level is welcome, including beginners, as the event is more about feeling the body ~ rather than perfecting it.

Practical: Please bring your own mat and arrive on time. We start at 20:30 and end at 21:45, with 15 minutes to chat/clean up after. Please be mindful and respectful of others, we want to create a safe space for everyone to explore expression, embodiment and music together.

We have limited spots so get your tickets in good time. There are no refunds on tickets, but you’re welcome to give your ticket to someone else if you can’t manage to come.
