More than a decade after the global breakthrough of “Netzwerk,” Klangkarussell are opening a new chapter—and bringing it to Budapest. The Austrian duo will present their new album, Petrichor, on April 30, 2026, on the stage of Akvárium Klub, marking the beginning of a new era in their artistic journey.

As the creators of “Sonnentanz (Sun Don’t Shine),” Adrian Held and Tobias Rieser are not only pioneers of tropical house, but also masters of emotionally driven electronic music. Petrichor is a deeper, more cinematic journey, filled with euphoric and emotionally charged moments, where organic and electronic textures collide. The album features tracks such as the hypnotic opening “Truth Begins,” the disco-infused “Ride,” and the deeply personal “Cross The Border.”

For the first time in over ten years, Klangkarussell return with a completely new live act concept, and Budapest stands as a key stop in this new era.
