'SECRET WEAPONS' with YUVIE, RICO, KCD, U-KOH, FENGX2

SECRET WEAPONS brings together a diverse lineup of DJs shaping forward-thinking club music through groove, rhythm and raw energy. From techno and juke to bass-driven and hybrid sounds, the night explores the space where dancefloor intensity meets individual expression.

Hosted at Osaka’s underground venue BLVCK WATER, the event focuses on artists whose selections and presence function as true “secret weapons” — unpredictable, physical and deeply connected to the floor.

YUVIE

Born in 2002, YUVIE discovered electronic dance music at an early age and began DJing at 18. Drawing from tribal, bass, juke, techno and broader dance music, YUVIE has developed a genre-fluid style guided by instinct rather than rules.

Known for unpredictable selections and a distinctive sense of groove, YUVIE continues to energize dancefloors across Japan. In 2024, they joined the Osaka-based DJ collective FULLHOUSE, and are currently based in Tokyo.

In 2025, YUVIE performed at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, Japan’s largest music festival, as well as Boiler Room Osaka. Beyond the club circuit, their activity extends into fashion and brand events, including performances for STONE ISLAND, NIKE, DIESEL, Alexander Wang, and Timberland.

With “feeling groove” as a guiding philosophy, YUVIE delivers high-impact sets built on movement, rhythm and raw momentum.

RICO

Based in Osaka, RICO is a DJ whose foundation in dance culture strongly informs their rhythmic precision and sharp scratch technique. Their career spans not only nightclubs but also large-scale fashion and corporate events, including showcases for DIESEL and appearances at the FORMULA 1 LENOVO JAPANESE GRAND PRIX 2023 & 2024.

With experience across domestic and international stages, RICO’s genre-less and edgy approach consistently drives powerful dancefloor reactions.

KCD

Active in Osaka since 2024, KCD blends hard groove, schranz, and electro into dynamic, high-energy sets that transcend stylistic boundaries.

Defined by unique rhythm construction, explosive groove and a strong personal atmosphere, KCD’s performances generate an immersive sense of unity on the floor. Their sound carries a raw emotional intensity, channeling both physical energy and individual vision into a singular dancefloor experience.

U-KOH

Osaka-based DJ U-KOH is active across a wide range of genre-crossing events. Centered around juke and footwork, their sets weave multiple styles into cohesive rhythmic narratives.

As one half of the unit 64controll with zéne, U-KOH is also deeply involved in music production, including composing soundtrack music for NHK television dramas and collaborative works with hip-hop unit DaXx. Their practice moves fluidly between club culture and broader musical creation.

FENGX2

FENGX2’s relationship with music began in early childhood, attending outdoor raves alongside his raver parents before he could even speak. These early psychedelic experiences laid the groundwork for his deep connection to dance music.

Through extensive solo travel, he became drawn to techno’s ability to transcend borders, language and culture. At 18, he began his career as both a DJ and event organizer.

Rooted in street-oriented schranz and industrial sounds, his style freely crosses metal, groove and trance, forming a raw and aggressive sonic identity. Based in Osaka, he remains active across cities in Japan and abroad.

From 2022, FENGX2 served as a weekly resident at CLUB UNDER until its closure, playing a central role in shaping Osaka’s hard techno movement. He later became a founding member of BLVCK WATER, while continuing to pursue new sonic territories through ongoing releases.

・YUVIE
2002年生まれ、幼少期にEDMに出会い、ダンスミュージックに魅了される。18歳でDJをスタートし、トライバル、ベース、ジューク、テクノ、ダンスミュージックを軸にしながらも、ジャンルにとらわれない独自のスタイルを築き上げる。
予測不能なセレクションと独特のグルーヴ感でフロアを揺らし、全国各地のダンスフロアでオーディエンスを
2024年には大阪を拠点とするDJコレクティブ「FULLHOUSE」に加入し、現在は東京を拠点に活動中。
2025年には日本最大のフェスティバルFUJIROCK、大阪で開催されたBOILER ROOMにも出演。
その活躍はクラブシーンにとどまらず、STONE ISLAND 、NIKE、DIESEL、Alexander Wang、Timberlandといったグローバルブランドのイベントでもパフォーマンスを披露している。

・RICO
大阪を拠点に活動するDJ。長年のダンス経験で培ったリズム感と精度の高いスクラッチスキルを武器に、ナイトクラブだけでなく「DIESEL」などのファッションイベントや「FORMULA 1 LENOVO JAPANESE GRAND PRIX 2023 & 2024」などでプレイ。国内外のイベントにも出演し、ジャンルレスでエッジの効いたプレイスタイルでフロアをロックする。

・KCD
2024年から大阪を拠点に活動。
Hard Groove、Schranz、Electro musicなど多彩なスタイルを自在に操り、ジャンルの垣根を超えたダイナミックなサウンドでフロアを熱狂させる。
彼のプレイは、彼にしか成し得ないリズム構築とエネルギッシュなグルーヴ、そして独自の世界観から生まれる唯一無二の「バイブス（空気感）」によって、会場全体を圧倒的な一体感へと導く。その音には彼自身のエネルギーと魂が宿り、聴く者、体験する者を魅了する。

・U-KOH
大阪を拠点に多様なジャンルのイベントで活動中。Juke/Footworkをメインにさまざまなジャンルの音楽をミックスしてグルーヴを作る。相方zéneとのユニット64controllではNHKドラマの劇伴音楽の担当や、ヒップホップユニットDaXxとの共作など多岐にわたる音楽制作も行う。

・FENGX2
彼の音楽体験は、言葉も話せない幼少期からレイヴァーの両親に連れられて参加した多くのアウトドアレイヴでのサイケデリック体験から始まった。
その後、一人旅を通して国境や言語を越えるテクノミュージックに魅了され、18歳からDJ、イベンターとしてのキャリアをスタート。

ストリート志向のシュランツとインダストリアルサウンドを基盤に、メタル、グルーヴ、トランスなどを独自にクロスオーバーさせるスタイル。
地元大阪を中心に、国内外さまざまな都市で活動。

2022年からは「CLUB UNDER」のレジデントとして、その幕引きまで毎週レイヴをk再々し大阪のハードテクノシーンを牽引。その後、テクノに焦点を当てたクラブ「Blvck Water」の立ち上げメンバーや、リリースを通しまだ見ぬ境地を目指す。
