⊿GISHIYAMA

Gishiyama is a vinyl DJ from Japan who moved to Bangkok in 2014. He started DJing since 2006 in Japan after seeing the DJs set from Fumiya Tanaka and Jeff Mills.
He organized parties in Tokyo with friends and usually played techno, minimal house and deep house. Gishiyama now lives in Bangkok and organizes party "Khaos Clap".

He plays at clubs such as 12x12, Bar Temp., Elsewhere, Beamcube, Beam, Blaqlyte Rover, Studio Lam, Never Normal, and Decommune in Bangkok.

He has played at festivals such as Karma Krachao and Paradise Island, and in Asian countries such as Vietnam, Philippines, and China.

He has also performed with Thomas Melchior, Leon Vinehall, Moxie, COEO, GiGi FM, Sunju Hargun, Elaheh, Dott & Sarayu.

⊿ THE DUDE OF STRATOSPHEAR

Born and raised in Geneva/Switzerland, based in Thailand since 2014.
Based on the tropical island of Koh Chang, The Dude of Stratosphear sounds like a character from the Masters of The Universe but in reality, Jerom is a bass player and graphic designer with a rich musical journey that took him to open for Kiss in front of 18K people, among other adventures. The experienced french/swiss producer and DJ is well known for his ability to switch from world music, dub, ambient, techno and all forms of quality sounds, based on his encyclopedic collection of vinyls.
Starting off with residencies at some of the most underground venues in Geneva of the 90’s, Jerom’s “El Duderino” fascination with rare vinyls and Asian music resulted in many trips and a shift to India and South East Asia, to end his road in Thailand in 2014 where he started producing under the name of The Dude Of Stratosphear, as well as his ambient project YANTRA MANDIR on is label Sphearic records.
In 2018 he formed the duo Mogambo with Bangkok based producer Sunju Hargun, joining the SIAMESE TWINS Records label.
Jerom “the Dude” as played in the top clubs of south east asia & Japan such as Bonobo (Tokyo), Socore Factory (Osaka), Studio Lam (Bangkok), Observatory (Saigon), DNA Paradise (Kyoto), Cafe Mondo (Jakarta), to name a few.
He also has taken his showcases in festivals such as Organik (TA) Wonderfruit (TH), Pasar Moon (JP) Karma Kastle (TH) , Paleo Festival (CH), Cully Jazz (CH), NIFF Film Festival (CH), Afro Banana Republic Festival (CY), Jai Tep (TH) and many more.
