Selected! w/Rhod Parry

Rhod Parry has established himself as a respected DJ, collector,
presenter and producer in his current city of residence;
Manchester. Never genre specific, he runs a bi-weekly club night at
Eastern Bloc Records called Open To Close, hosts a weekly show on
Reform Radio and has enjoyed guest appearances on NTS and Rinse FM.
Rhod has a varied style of club sets that often include classic
Techno, House and Soul, whilst often including Disco, Electro, Soca,
Afrobeats and more.
2025 has been Rhod’s biggest year to date - DJ sets at
Love International, Slapfunk Weekender and supporting artists
including DJ Assault, Ian Pooley, Tama Sumo, Detroit In Effect and more.
Rhod’s own tracks are gathering pace too. A string of self releases are
set for late 2025 and release or two with Red Laser Records, Rhod has
enjoyed support from Saiorse, Moxie, Paurro to name a few.
Growing up in Cardiff, Rhod started DJing at 15 in 2010 and played at
various underground club nights in his home city at the age of just 17.
Drum and Bass, Jungle, Dubstep, House and Techno, it was always his
aim to play across the board at a time when not many DJs in the city
played more than one genre.
