2. Cancellation and Ticket Policy: All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

By purchasing a ticket or table, the attendee assumes responsibility at their own risk and has no rights to a refund if this event is cancelled for any reason including, but not limited to: divine or government intervention, natural catastrophe, any new COVID-19 restrictions and personal perspectives/evaluations. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future event, at the discretion of event organizers.

4. Security Measures: Security personnel reserve the right to search attendees and their belongings upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry.

5. Health and Safety: Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages sustained during the event.

6. Lost Items: The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

7. Changes to Lineup or Schedule: Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the lineup, schedule, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice.

8. Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their attendance or participation in the event.

9. Legal Compliance: Attendees must comply with all local laws and regulations.

10. Termination of Access: Event organizers reserve the right to terminate the access of any attendee who violates these terms and conditions, without refund or compensation.

11. By entering the event, you hereby grant consent to the rights of your image, likeness, and sound of voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration.
