Yu Su
Kaifeng-born and now London-based, Yu Su is a musician, DJ, sound artist, and occasional chef. Over the past five years, she has emerged as one of the most distinctive and internationally recognized Chinese artists in the global electronic music scene. Her output spans a vast sonic landscape—both deeply personal and sonically adventurous—reflecting a rare ability to fuse influences and emotions with effortless fluidity.

Yu Su’s critically acclaimed releases on Technicolour (Ninja Tune, UK), Music From Memory (Netherlands), and Bie Records (China) have earned her a nomination for Canada’s Polaris Prize. She has collaborated and co-produced with artists including John Carroll Kirby and Duval Timothy, and is celebrated for her inventive remixes for Parquet Courts, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, and many others.

As a DJ, Yu Su is unpredictable and idiosyncratic—her sets effortlessly balance intimacy and euphoria, often described as “casually captivating” dance floors around the world. Her global appearances include performances at Dekmantel, Glastonbury, Boiler Room, III Points, Nuits Sonores, Rainbow Disco Club, Phonox, and more.

Yu Su recently made history as the first Chinese artist to appear on the cover of Mixmag. Beyond the club scene, she has also composed original music for feature films and high-profile fashion houses including Sacai, Jimmy Choo, and SAMUEL GUÌ YANG (London/Shanghai).

Xylon
Drawing inspiration from the ancient Greek word meaning “the one from the forest,” xylon channels the spirit of nature and its abundant vitality through sound. As an electronic music producer and DJ, xylon has evolved from his previous moniker Busyboi into a new artistic chapter—one centered around minimal grooves, tribal rhythms, and dancefloor-driven energy.

His debut album was released on his home label Hekdb, while his productions have also been featured on respected Asian imprints such as FuFu Records and NU-S3RVO, underscoring the growing recognition of his distinct musical direction.

Embracing the tactile essence of vinyl, xylon curates sets filled with niche selections and rare finds, bringing an organic and deeply personal energy to his performances. He is also exploring the intersection of music production and live performance, crafting immersive moments that go beyond the conventional DJ format.

Beyond his solo endeavors, xylon is an active member of collectives such as Cheaper Than Therapy and THUR, where he continues to experiment and contribute to the region’s evolving electronic music community. His journey has already taken him to esteemed clubs across Asia—including Mihn, OMA, OIL Club, and Saloon—with plans to expand his footprint even further.

With a humble yet passionate approach, xylon continues to refine his craft and deepen his connection to sound—sharing his love for music with dancefloors both near and far.
