Jakarta-based DJ and vinyl collector Merdi channels dancefloor utopias through disco, italo, house, and loft-era oddities, rooted in the city’s underground pulse. Active since the 2000s, he’s been a driving force behind influential projects including Blow Jams, Futuristic Fantasy, and This Happy Feeling. As a co-founder of Diskoria and current music director for Union Group, Merdi continues to shape spaces where sound, culture, and community collide.
