On Friday 30 January, FERMI reeturns to Amsterdam for a special edition, as we welcome Monkey Timers for their first-ever Netherlands appearance.
Active in Tokyo's underground since the early 2000s, they officially formed the duo in 2008. In 2009 they founded DISKO KLUBB alongside Yamarchy and Jitsumitsu - a crew that has become a quiet pillar of Japan's underground disco scene.
Beyond Monkey Timers, they also operate as GǼG, a production project with Keita Sano. Their releases on Optimo Music have been tried, tested, and proven on dancefloors around the world. Anarchic, psychedelic music built through sampling and unique FX, made to shake the floor for open-minded music lovers.
