MELTED opens the 2026 summer cycle with its third iteration — a night shaped for those who operate in the margins, who listen with intention, who search for the kind of intensity that can’t be staged or replicated.

MELTED is a space of dissolution: a pressure chamber of sound and shadow where bodies blur into motion, where time softens, and where the night exists purely as sensation.
No pretense. No stillness. Only immersion.

Three curators steer the club into deeper territory:

ISTVAN ROUX
Argentinian artist Rodrigo — known as Istvan Roux — moves between sound, concept, and emotion. His work blends technology with human sensitivity, shaping sonic spaces that shift from introspective calm to charged tension. Guided by the belief that music should be a full sensory experience, he creates worlds where order and chaos coexist, inviting deep listening, movement, and connection.

CANTELLA
Lima-born and Amsterdam-based, Cantella discovered techno in 2014 and has been shaping his sound ever since — moving from open decks at Radion to underground raves and a former residency with 2dehuis. His style blends deep basslines, hypnotic grooves, Romanian minimal shades, and off-beat swing, always precise and fluid.

EKIM
A key figure in Lima’s underground techno scene, EKIM has been cultivating a signature sound for over a decade, rooted in techno, ambient, and experimental textures. With years of experience performing at Baalsaal and other underground spaces, his sets emphasize depth, tension, and atmosphere, prioritizing visceral connection on the dancefloor over spectacle.

Baalsaal’s lights will dim, the system will exhale, and the floor will melt into motion.
