Groove On Up #2

Hello legends, welcome to Groove On Up #2, taking place at the Shakespeares on the 6th of March 2026. :)

Groove On Up aims to be an inclusive space for everyone to dance, smile and laugh. No fancy business! Just good music, a good soundsystem and most importantly great people!

This time, the event will be ticketed. This will help manage the number of people in the room, as it is vital to ensure everyone has enough space to dance, move and groove. It also allow us to give back to the DJs and the amazing people who help make the event possible.

Genres played will be a collection of all sorts, including Disco, Afro House, Desert Blues, Latin and more, basically just music that will make you move and dance.

Once again, sound will be provided by the crisp and rich Bosun Sound. I am a bit biased but I think it sounds great! :)

If you experiences or witnesses any inappropriate behaviour please speak to a member of The Shakespeares, Bosun or Groove On Up crew - we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
