Set along the edge of the Mississippi River, this iconic venue opens its doors and its grounds for a night that blends the magic of New Orleans with the electricity of festival season. Inside the historic warehouse, the main ballroom stage rises beneath soaring ceilings, framed by a wrap-around balcony, the Grand Oaks Mansion, and a lush garden courtyard. Outside, a second stage glows beneath a riverfront tent, carrying music out over the water.
